Includes towing, battery jump start, fluid delivery, flat tire assistance and lock-out service. - Where and how do I get repairs?*expand_more**expand_less* Present your vehicle service agreement to the licensed repair facility of your choice before they begin repairs. This includes dealer service centers, franchise repair centers and most independent repair shops. Once your mechanic receives authorization that your repair is covered they will proceed with service. When your service is complete, simply pay your deductible and drive on. - Do I need service records for every claim?*expand_more**expand_less* Not every claim requires maintenance or service records. However, there are some maintenance-related claims that may require service records. - How many claims can I file?*expand_more**expand_less* There is typically no limit to the number of claims that can be filed in a given coverage period. However, there are sometimes monetary value limitations when claims exceed a certain value. Consult your vehicle service agreement for more details. - How much do I pay for covered repairs?*expand_more**expand_less* Our vehicle service plans allow you to customize the amount of the deductible after you choose a plan. That means you can choose what you pay for covered repairs. Deductible choices are $0, $100, $250 or $500 for Platinum Plus, Platinum and Gold plans. Deductible choices are $100, $250 or $500 for Silver plans. - What if I need a rental car?*expand_more**expand_less* Your plan includes a rental car reimbursement benefit of up to $35 per day (5 day maximum, 10 day maximum for parts delay).
